We are looking for a Telecaller Intern to join our IT team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our IT services and products, generating leads, and maintaining regular follow-ups.
This internship is a good opportunity for freshers/students who want to build their communication, sales, customer interaction, and business development skills in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our IT products and services.
Understand customer requirements and explain suitable solutions in a easy and skilled manner.
Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and basic working of our products/services.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
Schedule meetings/demos between potential clients and the technical/business team.
Maintain basic records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure proper communication with potential clients.
Learn about our company's products and services and stay updated with new offerings.
Achieve basic daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
Skills & Qualifications
Valuable verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident and polite while communicating with customers over the phone.
Basic understanding of IT products, websites, software, apps, or digital services is an advantage.
Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in straightforward language.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets is preferred.
Willingness to learn about IT services and products.
Positive attitude and ability to handle customer queries professionally.
