Key Responsibilities
Study customer inquiries, technical specifications, and project requirements.
Prepare accurate and detailed technical and commercial proposals.
Prepare quotations and cost estimates based on project requirements.
Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, Purchase, and other internal teams.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain technical details and commercial quotations.
Prepare techno-commercial offers, BOQs, and other proposal-related documents.
Review technical requirements, drawings, and specifications to ensure proposal accuracy.
Evaluate project requirements and identify suitable products and solutions.
Compare vendor quotations and support cost optimization.
Ensure proposals are submitted accurately and within the required timelines.
Maintain proper records of quotations, proposals, and related documentation.
Follow up on submitted proposals and support the sales team with technical and commercial clarifications.
Identify potential risks, discrepancies, and missing information before proposal submission.

Key Skills Required




Solid technical understanding and analytical skills.
Knowledge of cost estimation and quotation preparation.
Positive understanding of engineering products and technical specifications.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and documentation.
Solid communication and coordination skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.

Qualification
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
Freshers with a strong technical aptitude may also be considered.

Experience
Freshers or candidates with relevant experience in Proposal Engineering, Estimation, Quotation, Sales Engineering, or Technical Sales can apply.
Experience in manufacturing, machinery, industrial equipment, or engineering industries will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
