Responsibilities:
Assist the tandoor chef in daily food preparation.
Prepare and marinate ingredients as instructed.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the tandoor station.
Ensure timely supply of charcoal, utensils, and ingredients.
Help with grilling, plating, and kitchen setup during service.
Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
Assist with cleaning and closing duties at the end of the shift.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of tandoor operations is preferred.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced kitchen.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
