Job Summary
ArtUs Brand is hiring an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in Kalkaji. This is a recruitment-focused role where leads will be provided by the company, so candidates can focus on connecting with prospects, screening candidates, and completing the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Handle recruitment activities from initial contact to joining.
Work on company-provided leads and connect with potential candidates.
Make calls and communicate job opportunities to candidates.
Screen candidates based on job requirements.
Explain job roles, responsibilities, salary, and other relevant details.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate records and update recruitment status.
Regularly follow up with candidates to ensure successful joining.
Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets.
Build positive relationships with candidates.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making calls and speaking with candidates.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/computer applications.
Willingness to learn and grow in recruitment.
