Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for internal and client projects. ● Manage social media marketing, content planning, paid advertising, and lead-generation campaigns. ● Plan and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant campaigns. ● Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, CPL, ROI, engagement, and traffic. ● Develop creative marketing concepts and campaign ideas. ● Provide creative direction for social media creatives, advertisements, websites, presentations, and promotional materials. ● Coordinate with designers, content writers, SEO, developers, and other teams. ● Review creative designs and ensure visual quality and brand consistency. ● Manage assigned client digital marketing projects and participate in client meetings. ● Prepare regular campaign and performance reports. ● Lead, monitor, mentor, and guide the Digital Marketing team. ● Set team targets, monitor productivity, and maintain quality standards. ● Improve digital marketing processes, workflows, and team performance.● Research current marketing trends, AI tools, platforms, and strategies. ● Contribute to the growth, profitability, and overall development of the Digital Marketing department.

Experience

3+ Years of Experience





Required Skills

● Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing. ● Good knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other advertising platforms. ● Strong understanding of lead generation and campaign optimization. ● Knowledge of content marketing and basic SEO. ● Good understanding of graphic design, visualisation, branding, and creative communication. ● Ability to review and guide designers and creative teams. ● Strong analytical and reporting skills. ● Valuable communication and client-management skills. ● Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-management abilities. ● Creative thinking with a results-oriented approach.● Knowledge of AI and up-to-date digital marketing tools will be an advantage.
