Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office administration and maintain office records.
Handle incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and visitor coordination.
Maintain employee, donor, beneficiary, and project-related documentation.
Coordinate meetings, training programs, events, and travel arrangements.
Monitor office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.
Support HR, finance, and program teams with administrative tasks.
Prepare reports, data entries, and filing of organizational documents.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain confidentiality.
Coordinate office maintenance and ensure a secure and productive work environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration,
preferably in an NGO or social sector organization.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Location: Chennai
