Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance on automated machines, robotics, conveyors, and vision inspection systems.
Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and software faults on automation equipment.
Ensure quick recovery of production lines during machine breakdowns.
Monitor equipment performance and ensure maximum uptime and throughput.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring automation issues and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with production and process engineering teams to ensure machines meet daily production targets.
Experience:
3–7 years of experience in automation engineering, preferably in high-volume electronics or smartphone manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with robotics (Fanuc, ABB, Yaskawa, etc.), PLCs, and vision inspection systems
