Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, manage inventory, and lead a team to deliver excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and a passion for retail operations.

Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations.
Achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
Supervise, train, and motivate store staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and stock audits.
Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and safety standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Handle cash management and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:
2–5 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.




Strong leadership and team management skills.
Positive communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of inventory management and billing/POS systems.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
Ability to work adaptable shifts.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
