Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
Experience in developing and optimizing custom reports and interfaces within SAP settings.
Strong knowledge of database programming and performance tuning in SAP HANA.
Ability to design and implement enhancements and modifications to existing SAP applications.
Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting complex SAP ABAP programs.
Understanding of integration techniques between SAP and other enterprise systems.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
This position is based at our BDC7B - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
