Identify and cultivate recent business opportunities, channels, and partnerships with builders, real estate agents, and other intermediaries to generate housing loan leads.
Build and maintain robust, long-lasting relationships with customers,

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly and maintain a competitive edge.
Oversee the entire housing loan origination process, from lead generation and application submission to credit appraisal, sanction, and disbursement.

Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate training and development opportunities for the sales team.
