Job Description

We are looking for a Receptionist to manage the hospital front desk and provide professional assistance to patients, attendants, and visitors. The candidate should have good communication skills, a polite personality, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a busy hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients, attendants, and visitors.
Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information.
Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, laboratory, pharmacy, and other departments.
Guide patients regarding doctors, departments, consultation timings, and hospital facilities.
Maintain patient records and front-office documentation.




Handle patient queries professionally and courteously.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Support billing and other administrative activities when required.
Manage the reception area and ensure smooth front-desk operations.
Handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours and emergency situations.

Required Skills
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant and patient-friendly personality.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Positive telephone handling and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in rotational shifts.
Hospital/clinic reception experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
