Key Responsibilities
Train students and job seekers in Credit Processing operations
Explain loan processing workflows and banking documentation
Teach credit verification, KYC, CIBIL basics, and compliance procedures
Conduct mock interviews and practical sessions
Prepare training materials, assessments, and reports
Guide candidates for placements in Banks, NBFCs, and BPO sectors
Monitor candidate performance and improve training outcomes
Coordinate with placement and operations teams
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Banking & NBFC processes
Experience in Loan Processing / Credit Operations
Positive communication and presentation skills
Understanding of KYC, financial documents, and verification process
Ability to handle classroom and online training
MS Excel & reporting knowledge preferred
Eligibility
Any Degree / MBA preferred
Experience in Banking, NBFC, Loan Processing, or BFSI Training
Freshers with strong domain knowledge can also apply
