Team Management & Leadership
Strong team management and leadership skills with experience handling a team of 15+ staff members.
Ability to motivate, guide, monitor, and develop team members to achieve business goals.
Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

Sales & Target Management
Strong understanding of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Ability to drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, memberships, loyalty programs, and bridal packages.
Good knowledge of salon products, product consumption, inventory usage, and cost control.

Customer Experience
Ability to handle VIP and premium customers with professionalism and confidence.
Solid complaint-handling and customer-retention skills.




Ability to ensure consistently high standards of service and maintain a premium customer experience.

Operations & Problem Solving
Ability to independently handle staff, customer, and day-to-day operational issues.
Strong knowledge of billing systems, CRM, POS, salon/clinic management software, and daily operational processes.
Ability to monitor salon performance, service quality, staff productivity, and operational efficiency.

Communication & Professionalism
Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Malayalam, and English.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Excellent personal grooming, punctuality, qualified attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Ability to represent and uphold the standards and image of a luxury salon brand.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
