Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and organized CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, maintain accurate customer records, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely resolution of customer queries and requests.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
Handle customer queries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, services, and pending requirements.
Coordinate with the sales and support teams to ensure timely customer assistance.
Update customer interactions, follow-ups, and status in the CRM system.
Track leads and follow up with potential customers.
Prepare regular reports related to leads, follow-ups, customer interactions, and conversions.
Ensure timely communication and maintain positive customer relationships.
Identify customer concerns and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.




Maintain proper records and ensure CRM data is accurate and up to date.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer support, sales coordination, or a similar role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Good follow-up and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
Customer-focused approach with good problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Valuable knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
Solid coordination and follow-up skills.

Salary

₹[Salary Range] per month, based on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
