We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Area Sales Executive to manage sales activities and develop business in the Madhubani and Darbhanga areas. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, valuable communication skills, and the ability to build robust relationships with customers and dealers.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned area.
Visit customers, dealers, distributors, and retailers regularly.
Generate new leads and develop current business opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
Promote company products and explain product features and benefits.
Follow up on leads, enquiries, orders, and payments.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain customer records.
Ensure proper product availability and visibility in the assigned market.
Coordinate with the sales team to achieve overall business objectives.
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of experience in sales/field sales preferred.
Freshers are not allowed.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/WhatsApp and sales reporting.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Candidates familiar with Madhubani and Darbhanga markets will be preferred.
Local Candidate Prefered.
