Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
Conduct audience research, targeting, and remarketing campaigns.
Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and overall performance.
Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages.
Coordinate with the creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
Track and analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Manage campaign budgets efficiently to achieve business objectives.




Stay updated with Meta platform updates, advertising policies, and industry trends.
Ensure accurate implementation of Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.

Required Skills
Robust hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
Positive understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, and retargeting.
Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.
Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
Understanding of Google Analytics and UTM tracking.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3–4 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads campaign management.
Meta Blueprint Certification is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
