Develop and implement the company’s overall business strategy and growth plans. Lead and manage day-to-day business operations. Set organizational goals and monitor overall performance. Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Identify recent business opportunities and drive revenue growth. Manage and motivate teams to achieve company objectives. Monitor financial performance, budgets, and business targets. Make key strategic decisions to improve business performance. Ensure company policies, standards, and procedures are properly followed. Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and business events. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field. 5+ years of experience in management or business leadership. Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills. Excellent business development and negotiation skills. Ability to manage teams and handle multiple responsibilities. Robust knowledge of business operations and strategic planning.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
