Supervision & Quality Control: Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
Staff Management: Assign daily tasks, schedule shifts, and provide training or coaching to housekeepers.
Inventory & Supplies: Monitor cleaning supplies inventory, order recent stock, and ensure equipment is maintained.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and sanitation protocols (e.g., OSHA, MSDS).
Guest Services: Respond to guest requests and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
Coordination: Collaborate with maintenance to report broken items and front desk for room turnover status.
Key Requirements & Skills
Experience: Previous experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role, often in a hotel or hospitality setting.
Leadership: Solid team management, training, and communication skills.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to cleaning and inspection.
Organizational Skills: Capable of handling, scheduling, and prioritizing multiple tasks.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
