Job Title: Store Manager
Location: Faridabad
Qualification: Graduate (B.Com / B.A.) / M.Com / Diploma/Degree in Material Management
Experience: 7–10 Years
Industry: Manufacturing / Fabrication / Sheet Metal
Salary: ₹6–9 LPA

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete store operations including material receipt, inspection, storage and issuance.
Verify incoming materials against POs/DCs and coordinate with QA for inspection and acceptance.
Maintain proper inventory, FIFO, Minimum/Maximum and Reorder Levels.
Ensure accurate stock records and timely updating of inward/outward transactions in Tally Prime.
Issue materials to Production, Maintenance and Projects against approved indents.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Maintain store documentation including POs, DCs, invoices, gate passes and inspection reports.




Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QA and Accounts for smooth material flow and reconciliation.
Prepare inventory/MIS reports and highlight shortages, excess and non-moving items to management.
Lead and supervise the store team, ensuring discipline, accuracy and proper housekeeping.

Experience: 7–10 years of relevant experience in Store/Warehouse operations, preferably in Engineering, Manufacturing, Fabrication or Heavy Machinery industries.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
