Minimum 3years of relevant accounting work experience.
Prior work experience in manufacturing accounting is mandatory
Experience in manufacturing/production industry is preferred.
Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, book keeping, and finalization of accounts.
Proficiency in Tally or other accounting software.
Ability to handle costing, inventory management, and statutory compliance.
Experience working with a Chartered Accountant will be an added advantage.
The role will be based at the factory; candidate should be comfortable coordinating with factory workers, including daily wage staff.
Knowledge of Hindi will be an added perk.
