Travel - Need to travel to multiple locations whenever it is required

Manpower Management
Plan and arrange manpower requirements for warehouse, loading/unloading, dispatch, stores, production support, housekeeping, security, etc.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
Handle recruitment, joining formalities, induction, and employee deployment.

Attendance & Shift Management

1.Monitor daily attendance, absenteeism, late coming, leave, overtime, and shift schedules.

2.Maintain accurate attendance records and provide payroll inputs.
Track manpower deployment across different warehouse/plant shifts.

Contract Labour Management
Manage manpower supplied through contractors.
Verify contractor attendance, wage records, PF/ESI documentation, and statutory compliance.
Coordinate contractor bills and manpower-related documentation.

Employee Relations
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, absenteeism, and workplace conflicts.
Maintain discipline and positive employee relations within the plant and warehouse.




Support employee engagement and welfare activities.

Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and factory/establishment requirements.
Maintain statutory registers and records.
Coordinate PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Contract Labour, and other applicable compliance.
Support labour inspections, audits, and statutory submissions.

Training & Safety Coordination
Coordinate training programs with operations and safety teams.
Ensure employees understand company policies, workplace discipline, and safety requirements.

Warehouse/Plant Coordination
Work closely with Warehouse, Stores, Production, Dispatch, Security, and Administration teams.
Ensure manpower availability during peak operations, stock audits, dispatch periods, and extended shifts.
Support smooth workforce movement and operational continuity.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
