We are looking for an experienced and highly responsible E-commerce Business Manager to take complete ownership of the day-to-day operations and growth of our online business.

The candidate will manage our existing e-commerce team and will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution across website operations, product catalogue, order fulfilment, customer service, content, digital marketing coordination, promotions and online sales.

This is a managerial and ownership role, not simply an e-commerce executive position.

The E-commerce Business Manager will work directly with the business owner and will be expected to independently manage the team, solve operational issues and continuously identify opportunities to improve online sales and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Business Management




Take ownership of the day-to-day functioning of the e-commerce business.
Monitor online sales and identify prospects for growth.
Prepare monthly, weekly and daily sales targets.
Track performance against targets and take corrective action where required.
Coordinate product launches, promotions and online campaigns.
Continuously improve the overall online customer journey.
