Core Responsibilities
Machine Repair: Fix hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults on injection molding machines and sheet metal power presses.
Preventive Maintenance: Run regular checkups on motors, pumps, heaters, and safety sensors to stop sudden breakdowns.
Tooling Support: Maintain and troubleshoot metal stamping dies and plastic injection molds.
Spare Parts Management: Track and order critical machine parts before they run out.
Safety Compliance:
Follow strict plant safety rules and ensure machine guards work properly.
Key Skills Needed
Technical Knowledge: Robust grasp of hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and electrical schematics.
Industry Experience: Hands-on work with CNC, VMC, hydraulic presses, or injection molding tools.
Problem-Solving: Fast root-cause analysis during emergency machine stops.
Documentation: Keep explicit logs of machine downtime, repairs, and service schedules.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
