Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair PCBs and other equipment.
Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
Prepare service reports, daily status reports, and monthly reports.
Conduct failure analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain service tools and ensure data confidentiality.
Provide cost estimates and follow up through Odoo.
Travel and relocate as per business requirements.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of PCB troubleshooting and electronics.
Positive problem-solving and communication skills.
Qualification:
Diploma/ ITI/B.E./B.Tech/ in Electronics
Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
