Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the hotel. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting hotel management with financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily books of accounts, vouchers, ledgers, and financial records.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Prepare and verify invoices, bills, payment vouchers, and receipts.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Perform bank reconciliation and daily cash reconciliation.
Monitor hotel revenue, expenses, and outstanding payments.
Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
Coordinate with vendors, auditors, and statutory authorities when required.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.




Monitor and control hotel expenses in coordination with the management.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the hotel/hospitality industry.
Robust knowledge of GST and TDS.
Proficiency in Tally/Accounting Software and MS Excel.
Valuable understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliation, and taxation.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
