We are looking for a highly disciplined, alert, and process-driven Injection Molding Supervisor with strong technical understanding of molding operations and quality. The candidate must be capable of managing production as well as operating machines independently when required. This is a working role with full responsibility on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain strict discipline and work culture on the shop floor
Continuously monitor machines to ensure smooth and efficient operation
Operate injection molding machines independently during manpower shortages
Set and control process parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time)
Identify defects and resolve issues at root cause level
Ensure consistent quality output with minimal rejection
Support mold changeovers and basic setup activities
Achieve daily production targets with accountability
Supervise operators and ensure proper task execution
Required Skills
Solid hands-on experience in injection molding machine operation
Deep understanding of molding defects and troubleshooting
Knowledge of materials such as PP, ABS, HDPE
Ability to manage both production and quality simultaneously
High level of alertness and ownership on the shop floor
Strong control over manpower and discipline
Candidate Profile
4–8 years of relevant experience in injection molding
Experience in small or mid-sized manufacturing setups preferred
Proven ability to maintain low rejection and stable production
Willingness to perform operator-level tasks when required
Key Note
This is not a desk-based supervisory role. The candidate must be actively involved in machine operation, process control, and shop floor management.
