We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Officer to manage day-to-day store operations, including receipt, storage, inventory control, issuance and documentation of Raw Materials (RM), Packing Materials (PM) and finished goods.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily receiving, storage and issuance of RM, PM and finished goods.
Verify materials against purchase orders, invoices and delivery documents.
Maintain proper stock records and inventory accuracy in ERP/system.
Ensure proper identification, labeling, segregation and storage of materials.
Follow FIFO/FEFO and material traceability requirements.
Coordinate with Purchase, QA, Production, Dispatch and Accounts departments.
Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue, stock transfer and other store documentation.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and highlight shortages or excess inventory.
Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices in the store.
Follow GMP,
safety and company SOP requirements.
Maintain records for audits and regulatory inspections.
Supervise store helpers/workers and allocate daily activities.
Candidate Profile
Graduate / Diploma in Pharmacy, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce or related field.
2–4 years of experience in Store/Warehouse operations, preferably in Pharma/Nutraceutical/FMCG manufacturing.
Knowledge of RM, PM and finished goods handling.
ERP/software knowledge preferred.
Positive documentation and inventory management skills.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of GMP and warehouse practices will be an advantage.
