Scrutinizing the enquiries w.r.t. Technical and Commercial aspects for Pre-bid Meeting and obtaining Clarification, Raw material costing, study & analysis of past & current price trends to arrive at competitive rates.
Attending the negotiations
Registration with new vendors, tracking the forthcoming tenders through web portals
Co-ordination with agent/region/board for collecting tender from respective customer
Arranging EMD, Preparing techno-commercial bid after receipt of design inputs like drawing, GTP & price from Department Head
In case of E-tender, filling up the schedules & annexures, with the help of design inputs preparing point wise reply / compliance (enclosing supporting documents) against queries raised & submitting to customer in time
Follow up with the customer for the final negotiation status or final comparative
Clarify Technical Points with the customers and also examine the cost implications and obtain amendment for Techno Commercial aspects.
Payment, and other statutory requirements based on the contracts.
Upgrading current trends of the market and product yourself.
Transparent clear communication with manufacturing unit.
