The role requires applying a comprehensive understanding of various technologies, methodologies, and processes to effectively support clients and project teams. Daily activities include collaborating with stakeholders to ensure software solutions align with business needs, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving system performance and functionality to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault.
Experience with software configuration and customization within regulated environments.
Robust problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software defects and performance issues.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Veeva Vault.
This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
