Role & Responsibility-
Initiate outbound calls to potential candidates to introduce and promote products/services.
Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads.
Build rapport with potential candidates.
Identify potential leads through effective questioning and conversation.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Efficiently manage call time to maximize productivity and achieve goals.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and techniques.
Follow predefined scripts while adapting to candidates responses to maintain consistency.

Requirement :-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
Effective verbal communication skills are required.
Candidate should possess active listening abilities.
Flexibility to adapt to changing scripts and strategies is essential.




A positive understanding of the service to effectively communicate its advantages to potential candidates.
Effective time management skills are essential for maximizing productivity in the job role.
Basic proficiency in using computer applications and CRM systems is required for this position.
The ability to think spontaneously to resolve the issues is essential.
The ability to work independently and take the initiative when required.
Candidate should be capable of representing the company professionally.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
