About the Role
Katyayani Organics is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Legal Intern to join our legal team. This internship is an excellent prospect for fresh law graduates or final-year LLB students to gain practical exposure to corporate legal matters in a fast-growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft legal, corporate, and regulatory documents, including agreements, notices, applications, and compliance-related documents.
Review contracts and agreements to identify legal risks and ensure compliance.
Conduct legal research, prepare case studies, and perform trademark searches.
Assist in regulatory filings, legal documentation, compliance, contract management, and IP-related matters.
Support the legal team in day-to-day corporate legal operations.
Eligibility:
Final-year LLB student or Fresh LLB Graduate.
Positive legal research, drafting, and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of corporate law and MS Office.
