Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure full compliance with local, state, and national environmental, health, and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, or regional equivalents like ISO 14001 and ISO 45001).

· Maintain, update, and manage all environmental permits, waste manifests, air emissions records, and wastewater discharge reports.

· Serve as the primary liaison for regulatory agencies, external auditors, and community stakeholders.

· Design and deliver engaging EHS training programs for all employees, contractors, and visitors

· Drive zero-accident culture through Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), Hazard Operability Studies (HAZOPs), and regular safety inspections.

· Investigate all incidents, accidents, and near-misses using root-cause analysis (RCA) techniques and implement robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).





· Monitor and manage the plant's environmental footprint, including waste reduction, hazardous waste disposal, air quality control, and wastewater treatment processes.

· Conduct regular safety drills, emergency evacuation simulations, and table-top exercises.

· Lead the site EHS committee and encourage active worker participation in safety initiatives.

· Coordinate with agency like PCB, DISH, Factory Inspector.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
