Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Assist members with profile creation, profile updates, and account management.
Guide customers in using matrimony platform features and services.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues within defined TAT.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely support.
Follow up with customers on pending requests and issue resolutions.
Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and service delivery.
Ensure accurate and timely updating of customer interactions in CRM.
Promote premium memberships and value-added services to eligible customers.
Support membership renewals and customer retention initiatives.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and productivity targets.
Maintain service quality standards and process compliance.
Collect customer feedback and share insights for service improvement.
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies.
Build long-term relationships with customers to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
