Position: MEP Engineer
Industry: Civil Construction / EPC
Experience: 4–8 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Job Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) activities at construction site.
Ensure execution of MEP works as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and project schedule.
Coordinate with civil, architectural, structural and finishing teams to avoid clashes and rework.
Supervise electrical works, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, HVAC and other building services.
Review MEP drawings and identify site coordination issues before execution.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants and client representatives.
Verify sleeves, openings, shafts, embedded services and service routes before civil works are completed.
Support preparation and verification of as-built drawings, O&M; documents and handover records.

Candidate Requirements




Minimum 4 years of experience in MEP execution at building construction sites.
Good knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Firefighting systems.
Ability to read and coordinate MEP, civil and architectural drawings.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and basic project planning tools.
Robust coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage MEP contractors and site activities.
Experience in EPC, CPWD, Government, Hospital, Commercial or Institutional projects will be preferred.

Preference: Candidates with experience in large HIGH RISE building projects involving multiple MEP services and solid civil-MEP coordination.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
