Job Summary

The Hostel Warden is responsible for the overall management of the staff accommodation, ensuring cleanliness, discipline, safety, and a comfortable living workplace for all restaurant employees.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the staff hostel on a daily basis.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all rooms and common areas.
Ensure proper discipline and adherence to hostel rules.
Allocate rooms to employees and maintain occupancy records.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms and hostel facilities.
Report maintenance issues and coordinate repairs.
Ensure the safety and security of all residents.
Maintain records of employee check-in and check-out.
Monitor electricity, water, and other utility usage.
Address employee concerns related to accommodation and report responsible issues to HR.




Prevent unauthorized visitors and ensure hostel policies are followed.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for smooth hostel operations.

Requirements
Minimum Higher Secondary (Plus Two); graduate preferred.
Experience in hostel, hotel, or accommodation management is an advantage.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic record-keeping and reporting skills.
