Key Responsibilities:
Conduct occupational therapy assessments to identify functional and developmental needs.
Develop and implement personalised therapy plans.
Provide therapy to improve fine motor skills, gross motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, and daily living skills.
Work with children with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, sensory processing difficulties, and other challenges.
Track and document client progress and prepare therapy reports.
Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding therapy progress and home-based activities.
Create a friendly, engaging, and supportive therapy workplace.

Required Qualifications:
BOT / MOT or relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy.
0–5 years of experience (Freshers with internship experience are welcome).
Strong communication, empathy, patience, and clinical skills.
Ability to work with pediatric and adult clients.
Preference for candidates living in Anna Nagar, Mogappair, Kilpauk, Koyambedu, Thirumangalam, and nearby locations.
