Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to prospective students' enquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
Counsel prospective students on our programs, admissions process, and career benefits.
Manage the complete admissions cycle, from lead generation to successful enrolment.
Achieve monthly enrolment targets through effective counselling and follow-ups.
Plan and implement strategies to improve admissions and conversion rates.
Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in education admissions, student counselling, or a similar sales role.
Proven track record of achieving enrolment or sales targets.
Excellent communication,
presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, internet applications, and e-learning platforms.
Candidates based in Thiruvananthapuram or willing to relocate.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala
Commute/Relocation: Candidates should be able to commute reliably or relocate before joining.
