Finance Manager – Luxury Wellness Resort

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the Finance & Accounts function at a luxury wellness resort. The role will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, taxation, audits, compliance, treasury, cost control, and overall financial management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall Finance & Accounts operations.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, MIS and financial reporting.
Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability and cost controls.
Manage cash flow, treasury and banking activities.
Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC and statutory compliance.
Lead internal and external audits and strengthen financial controls.
Oversee procurement governance, inventory and asset controls.
Lead and develop the Finance team.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.





Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
10–15 years of progressive finance & accounting experience.
Minimum 5 years in Finance Manager / Financial Controller / senior finance leadership role, preferably in hospitality, luxury hotels, wellness resorts or related industries.
Robust knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, taxation, audits, MIS, ERP and hospitality finance.
Excellent leadership, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.

CA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
