· Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels.

· Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.

· Conduct site surveys and coordinate with the technical team for feasibility assessments.

· Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost-benefit analyses for customers.

· Present the financial and environmental perks of solar energy systems.

· Negotiate pricing and close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.

· Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.

· Coordinate with engineering, installation, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

· Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

· Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
