Responsible for managing programs from launch stage to SOP*.
Handle part development* as per customer requirements and specifications.
Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, Production, and Quality* teams for current product development.
Apply knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, and material selection*.
Ensure designs comply with manufacturing feasibility, technical specifications, customer requirements, and applicable standards*.
Prepare and maintain BOM (Bill of Materials)* and other relevant engineering documents.
Develop prototypes and coordinate prototype/sample development*.
Responsible for the development and trials of tools, jigs, and fixtures*.
Coordinate between the production shop and engineering team* for smooth product development.
Monitor prototype/sample development and resolve technical issues during trials.
Ensure critical parts undergo re-inspection before dispatch*.
Support continuous improvement and identify prospects to improve product quality, manufacturability, and development timelines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
