Job Description
Establishes service by studying system requirements; ordering and gathering components and parts; completing installation; performing acceptance tests.
Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
Attending breakdown calls and preventive calls. Repair of equipment and hand instrument at our workshop.
AMC Follow-up, Training to Recent Engineer & Stock checking.
Installation and Demo of various medical products.
Checking equipment before dispatch to customer anywhere in India.
Providing technical support as required time to time.
Installation and commissioning of security system.
Qualification – B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in ME/EE/E&C;/Biomedical Engineering
