Roles & responsibilities
Create and maintain high-quality technical content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, service descriptions, user guides, and FAQs.
Translate complex IT concepts into transparent, concise, and audience-friendly content.
Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to gather technical information.
Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand and style guidelines.
Edit, proofread,



humanise, and update existing content to improve clarity and relevance.
Manage multiple content deliverables while meeting deadlines.
Optimise content for SEO and digital platforms where required.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and IT services terminology.

Skills required
0–1 year of experience as a Technical Content Writer in the IT Services industry.
Solid understanding of IT concepts, including Product Engineering, Digital Transformation, Digital Commerce, Data & Experience, and AI & Data Intelligence.
Ability to research and understand technical topics quickly.
Experience working with content management systems (CMS).
Familiarity with SEO best practices.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
