Position Overview

We are looking for experienced Senior Cost Manager / Associate – MEP professionals with robust expertise in MEP cost management, quantity surveying, cost planning, tendering, budgeting, and contract administration.

Position 1 – Data Centre
Candidates with strong experience in Data Centre projects.
Hands-on experience in MEP cost planning, estimation, tendering, BOQ, budgeting, and contract management.
Strong knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Firefighting packages.

Position 2 – Residential / Commercial
Strong experience in Residential / Commercial projects.
70% Pre-Contract and 30% Post-Contract experience preferred.
Experience in cost planning, budgeting, tender documentation, BOQ, tender analysis, procurement and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare project budgets at various design stages – Pre-Concept, Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design and Tender.
Prepare and review BOQs, cost plans, estimates and pricing.




Prepare, analyse and negotiate tender and contract costs.
Analyse project costs including materials, quantities, labour and timelines.
Prepare tender and contract documentation, including detailed BOQs.
Conduct detailed rate analysis and obtain/compare vendor quotations.
Manage MEP cost planning and commercial aspects of projects.
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors and internal teams.
Support procurement and contract administration activities.

Technical Skills
Robust knowledge of MEP packages – Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Firefighting.
Valuable understanding of MEP Quantity Surveying and Cost Management.
Knowledge of Procurement and Contracts.
Proficiency in CostX and AutoCAD.
Strong analytical, negotiation and commercial skills.

Ideal Candidate: A technically strong MEP Cost Management professional with extensive experience in large-scale Data Centre / Residential / Commercial projects, depending on the position.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
