Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Executives to join our team. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. The role involves counseling prospective students, understanding their educational needs, and guiding them in selecting the right Online UG/PG programs. This is a target-based sales role that requires excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students through calls and virtual meetings.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable Online UG/PG courses.
Convert inquiries into admissions by achieving monthly enrollment targets.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Build robust relationships with prospective students and address their queries.
Maintain accurate lead and admission records in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admission process.
Consistently achieve individual sales and revenue targets.

Eligibility
Graduation is mandatory.




Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and willingness to work in a target-driven setting.
Prior experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, EdTech, or Education is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
