We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat.
Provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely issue resolution.
Follow up with customers regarding pending requests and feedback.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
Meet daily response time and customer satisfaction targets.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English).
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.




Positive listening skills and patience while handling customers.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM software).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Freshers are welcome; prior customer support or call center experience is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is preferred.
