Retail Sales Executive

Job Location: Madhyamgram / Baguihati / Bowbazar
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Experience: 2 – 5 years
Industry: Tiles & Marble

Job Responsibilities
Handle customers at the retail showroom and understand their requirements.
Explain and demonstrate different tiles and marble products.
Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on design, quality and budget.
Generate sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
Maintain good relationships with existing and current customers.
Coordinate with the store/warehouse team for product availability and delivery.
Maintain proper records of sales and customer enquiries.

Candidate Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Retail Sales.
Must have experience/knowledge of Tiles and Marble products.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.




Sales-oriented and target-driven.
Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
Candidates from Tiles, Marble, Sanitaryware, Building Materials or Interior-related industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
