Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and customer emails from Australian customers and professionals.
Assist customers with Bark's products, services, and marketplace.
Manage customer queries and tickets through Zendesk.
Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing users to promote Bark subscriptions.
Identify sales opportunities and generate revenue through upgrades and relevant services.
Resolve customer concerns within the defined TAT.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant internal teams.
Meet customer experience and sales KPIs.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service and sales orientation.
Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM/ticketing tools.
Willingness to work in an early morning shift.
Candidates with experience in International Voice Process, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Telesales will be preferred.
