Job Description – Account Manager

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
Handle client requirements, orders, quotations, billing and payment follow-ups.
Coordinate with sales, production, inventory and accounts teams for timely order execution.
Generate current business opportunities and support revenue growth.
Resolve client queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and provide timely updates.
Prepare sales reports, account statements and MIS reports.
Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with the accounts team for collections.
Maintain accurate customer records and account documentation.

Requirements




2–5 years of experience in Account Management / Key Account Management / Sales Coordination.
Jewellery, retail or B2B industry experience preferred.
Positive communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
Candidate should be based in or willing to relocate to Chennai.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
