Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, experienced, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to develop and manage the company’s digital marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating leads, managing digital campaigns, and improving online engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Plan and create engaging content, including posts, videos, reels, and promotional materials.
Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to achieve better ROI.
Generate and manage online leads through digital marketing channels.
Handle SEO, SEM, website content, and online visibility.
Analyze website, social media, and campaign performance using relevant analytics tools.
Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
Research market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
Prepare regular digital marketing performance reports.
Manage the company’s online reputation and brand presence.




Explore new digital marketing prospects and platforms.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing.
Experience in lead generation and campaign management.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and creative skills.
Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools is preferred.
Ability to work independently and meet marketing targets.
