Clean and tidy guest rooms daily, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.

Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish toiletries and other room supplies.

Clean bathrooms thoroughly, ensuring all fixtures, mirrors, and floors are sanitized.

Ensure guest rooms are checked for damages, missing items, or needed repairs and report them to the supervisor/maintenance team.

Manage and clean common area.

Handle guest laundry or linen requests as per motel standards.

Maintain cleanliness in motel corridors, staircases, and common areas.

Follow health and safety standards, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Respect guest privacy and adhere to the “Do Not Disturb” policy.

Respond politely and promptly to guest requests or direct them to the appropriate department.

Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff and departments to ensure smooth motel operations.

Qualifications & Skills





Prior housekeeping experience (Preferred).

Basic knowledge of cleaning practices, supplies, and equipment.

Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods.

Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.

Good communication skills and a polite, skilled attitude.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.
